This is a blog about a person trying to be more physically fit. The original idea was to use her bike (a blue Bianchi) to bike 30+ miles a day around the New Jersey Pine Barrens looking at plants (save gas and be awesome at life; kill two birds with one stone). Sadly, she realized that goal would have to wait until later; being able to work at the sites once arriving was the most important thing. So instead she ran a marathon, and is planning on running many more long distance races. This is where she will post what she learns along the way. It’s about working out, eating well, and spreading information that may be helpful to you.
